This presentation will cover how a Consumer Science known as psycho-graphic segmentation can be
leveraged to personalize patient engagement and motivate desired behaviors, such as paying
outstanding patient responsibility balances. Integrated with an automated digital communications
platform, this approach can significantly increase patient payments, drive quicker payments and reduce
bad debt while reducing statement printing and postage costs and staff hours for follow-up.
